Bobby vee e-mailed me to tell me he brought it back because of people calling up after the first return broadcast (labor day weekend)because people were calling in and asking for more.Is it me or is he dying to turn that station in to oldies? Not much of a chance of that happening though,ratings are up and several people have told me they love the station.Not a bad station at all.

Remember my earlier prediction: sooner or later, the River will be oldies. It may not be traditional oldies as we know it, but you'll see a larger influx of some of the older stuf to broaden the demographic.

Hey Ceaser, I think most of those "alleged" emails came from Bobby Vee himself dying to get back on the air. He LOVES to hear his own voice. He's his #1 fan.
