Doug Stephan adds WWZN, WRKO to affiliate list

All Access says Doug Stephan's show has added both WWZN and WRKO as affiliates. I think his show airs
5-10 am (Good Day) and there's also a weekend edition. Don't know if 1510 or 680 have plans for him
for weekends only or what. (Article, linked below, says RKO is doing "Talk Radio Countdown", whenever
that airs...)

Or maybe WWZN will run Stephan a couple morning hours and then Santos would come on? Santos is already
doing a 5-6 pm hour.

I think I remember Stephan, who is from this area, doing shows on WMRE in mid 80s along with Bob Katzen,
Marcia Masters, Paul Benzaquin, Morgan White Jr etc

(On the WRKO sched page it lists them as carrying him in that vital Saturday morning at 5 am-6am slot)

As I remember, Stephan owns and operates a farm in the Framingham area. In the late 90's,
his show could be heard on the old 1470, WSRO-AM in Marlboro.

I've already posted several times about Stephan being on WWZN. I'm not sure where I posted, but at least one of my posts was here. In fact, I'm pretty sure that, not only was one of my posts here, but YOU (Raccoon) responded to that post. Stephan is on WWZN from 4:00AM to 5:00AM M-F (at least) and quite possibly on weekends as well. As I remarked in each of my posts on Stephan being on WWZN, Stephan is a Republican, albeit not a Michael Savage- or Shaun Hannity-style Republican. Still, in today's political climate, you wouldn't expect to hear an avowed Republican on a Progressive-talk station, so most likely, Santos is not paying for the time Stephan is on WWZN. Blackstrap must be getting him for free in trade for picking up some of his spot load (and presumably running some of those spots in hours that Santos doesn't lease).

All I know is, I like how Raccoon conveniently put the inferior of the two stations first in the subject line. ::)

Well the article named WWZN first of course...no mention yet of Stephan on Rev Boston site yet and 1510THEZONE
site still doesn't list overnight shows. Was mentioned on their yahoo group that Santos indeed started to carry the early morning ch 5 news, since he was now doing 5-6pm, and the 3rd hr of Steph Miller being aired during the overnight.

Sherman Whitman works for Clear Channel's WTAG-AM in Worcester as the morning News Anchor (and the only one left in the once respected WTAG News Department).

Eric Lindquist (not Sherman) is the voice of the Sharks on radio which happen to be aired on WTAG.

Oh OK but a page I saw said he did a show related to them
