DOWNEAST MAINE SURE NEEDS AN "OLDIES STATION"

Actually WDEA-1370 with the Timeless Favorites format is sounding more like an oldies/soft rock station than a nostalgia or Standards station these days. And Rick Foster plays quite a few "oldies" during his live 6-9AM weekday morning show. Also, if you are within 10 miles of Milbridge, try WRMO 93.7; they have a pretty wide range of oldies/standards/AC.

Yeah...DEA is probably your best bet. What would really be cool though is if they would drop the Timeless Favorites and put on Scott
Shannon's True Oldies Channel.

I don't believe there is a station anywhere in Maine that has this feed (yet). I hear it in Central New Hampshire when I visit my Mom every month or so on WEZS Laconia-1350. Not bad actually...but they only cover Lakes Region, barely make it to ME border.

I think it's actually Kool Gold that WEZS runs, which is basically an oldies format. http://www.dial-global.com/DGTotal/overview.php?format=3

WDEA probably runs ABC's Timeless Favorites, which is standards.
