Downtown Dallas AM 1680

What happened to the AM 1680 in downtown Dallas? Its just a dead carrier for the last 3 weeks or so. I emailed the Downtown Improvement District that supposedly runs that station but have gotten no response.

1680 is useless in the DFW area now. It is being jammed by illegal KKLF IBOC sidebands. All X-band stations are required to broadcast C-Quam.
