Doyle plays while Wisconsin floats

Governor Jim Doyle was on a political golfing fundraiser earlier this week while much of the state was under water. Why aren't we hearing anything about this in the media, especially the Madison media?
 
The only thing I've seen of him on TV this week was at Lake Delton and a few other flood-stricken areas.

It's not like he was eating birthday cake, doing photo ops and taking guitar lessons while a major city submerged. Oh wait - that was George W. Bush!
