Dr. Laura's Last Show

Today was the last day of Dr. Laura's long-running syndicated show not just on KFWB, but terrestrial radio.

Did her final show include anything of note?

The local station in O'town announced their replacement last Friday (New Years Eve) drum roll ................................................... LOU DOBBS!

WOW!!! ::)

I recorded her last show, which is "tape"-delayed on the station I listen to. She was obviously live and her last show was a bit out of the ordinary. WJR in Detroit, Michigan only plays two hours of the show. They played Hour #1 and Hour #3. I posted a rundown of what was aired on the News/Talk board. Since hearing that she's leaving OTA radio, I've been listening almost daily.

WJR's website still lists her on the schedule. I presume they will continue to air reruns until a replacement is named. Unfortunately, I have a feeling it's John "Zzzzzzz" Batchelor.
