Drake-Chenault XT-40 Airchecks, Jingles

Hello,

I am looking for a jingle (there was only one jingle used on the stations in my area) that was heard on Drake-Chenault XT-40 stations in 1979 through early 1980. Anyone have any airchecks of XT-40 stations from that era? I have tried tracking down the jingle from the stations I'm familar with, but it must have been discarded. Sounded like the jingle that had been previously used...with a different intro in place of the drums. Anybody have any idea what I'm talking about?

Thanks in advance for you help.

What station and area are we talking about? Was it a Hit Parade station? Were there any words or is it instrumental? (I feel like we are playing charades, he he)

It was on the Drake Chenault XT-40 stations. (Probably the format was previously called Hit Parade.) I get the impression that perhaps that was the standard jingle supplied to all the client stations of that format. Heard it on Q103 in Cedar Rapids and KGRS in Burlington. That was the one and only jingle although they probably used the acappella mixout as well.
