Drake Hall comes back on 87.7FM

But for how long? I thought the stations on 87.7 were going away this year since they are only broadcasting due to analog channel 6.

All analog LPTV transmissions must cease by July 13, 2021. Each station will have to choose either to flash-cut to digital or to activate its companion digital channel and to cancel its analog channel license.

With that said, is looks like WPGF-LP was analog 6, but is now virtual and UHF digital channel 17. Is that correct? If so and they're now digital, where is the 87.7 coming from?
 
Hall announced this morning that beginning tomorrow, DRAKE FM would be heard on 96.1, which I also presume he is leasing from Flinn.
