Wow... did NOT expect that happening! Is the whole morning show out? I don't see the page anymore. What's also going to happen with their iheartradio station? I certainly hope they don't replace mornings with Elvis Duran. Nothing against Elvis, but Chicago is a huge market that deserves a live/local morning show.

J Niice and Julian on B96 must be happy about this (even though I liked Drex, B96 mornings are way better).
 
Funny how at one time Drex was claiming he was the one who help get Eddie & JoBo fired.

Along comes J and Julian in the morning on B 96 who arguably is currently a great morning show, they rise this year to be the hottest morning show in the city while Drex' ratings drop and he is let go.

Personally you can only talk about sex so much. They had the topic as a lotion hour and that sounded like their entire show sometimes. It may be why ratings dropped.

This is all I could find so far but sounds like they are being completely tight lipped about why he got fired.

Maybe KISS-FM should hire KYLD(WiLD 94.9)/San Francisco morning jock JV for similar duties! He would continue to be heard in the Bay Area as well as in Chicago!
 
Am i the only one who just wants to listen to music in the morning? I found his show to be pretty retarded. (well, most commercial morning shows are in my opinion). I can care less what some disc jockey thinks of kim kardashian or a prank phone call. lol

Yes. Finally drex could finally come bach home to Texas . Back to KTFM . Stay tune San Antoinio . He will be back!!!!! So happy

Yes you are the only one. You are not a 22 yr old female and more importantly, it's "I COULDN'T care less" not you could.
 
But looking at all the thousands of complaints/boycotts, they might make the ratings worse.

BTW, here's 2 official statements from KISS:

Funny, the Facebook page still has references/links to Drex, not to mention a few photos. ::)
