....new life suddenly came into my truck's AM radio and a welcome break from the usual tirades on KPTK.
AM modern rock radio is alive again in the Puget Sound on KENU 1330 AM, aka KGRG-1: Alternative Past. Now I am hopelessly hooked. It's mostly a jukebox, but a damn cool one. An excellent selection of classic new wave, '90s alternative, punk and local rock.
I was able to still get the signal by the time I got into Lynnwood, but it vanished completely by the time I got into South Everett.
But through the magic of the internet, you too can enjoy the awesome sounds of 1330 kHz....
