DSC 91X?????

Was it someone's idea of a cosmic giggle or is it a place holder for something yet to come? Does anyone recognize any of the faces in the graphic?

That letter from the 91X PD notes "a lot of broadcasters, all vying for the same audience." Does that portend a move to another audience? I'd love to hear a different kind of oldies format on 91X going back to the days when they got rid of John and Mary and a lame rock format and did a very spirited New Wave format.
 
Let's remember Capone reads these boards quite often. He most likely saw how many hits a DSC thread could get, and just planted those pages that lead to a blank page. The Stryker one is odd...
