DTV America (I & II), LLC: Anyone know anything about them?

DTV America, LLC, which the only info I can establish about them is that they're a Florida corporation, has swapped up many DTV translator applications throughout much of the country, including six of them here in Springfield, IL at virtual channels 14, 16, 23, 34, 41, and 45. Link to FCC TV Query results from here in Springfield:

http://transition.fcc.gov/fcc-bin/t...t2=&mlat2=&slat2=&dlon2=&mlon2=&slon2=&size=9

Does anyone know more about DTV America and if they're a legitimate outfit, or are they the TV equivalent of the religious broadcasters that have swapped up most LPFM translator apps throughout much of the country? Have any of the corporation's licenses ever signed on yet? If not, what are the chances of any or all of those licenses ever seeing the light of day?

The only info outside of blogs and the FCC query that I could find about DTV America were small-bore entries on Corporationwiki.com:
