DTV DXing in Philadelphia?

I live in Wyndmoor, is this a good place for DXing?
Any idea what stations I can get?
Sometimes I got WBOC and WMDT's non-digital signal.
Will I be able to get them digitally?
What about New York stations?
What about Lancaster and Harrisburg?

I got WPMT-DT(Fox) Central PA, for a few nights. That maybe the easiest out of market signal to get.

WFMZ-DT, though not out of market, is still far away but receiveable consistently here. They are like a local, but just have newscasts that are like out of market. I didn't get a rotor, so I don't know about NY, or other directions that are not west for me.

I get nothing except for the local stations, and sometimes I have a problem with 29. Are they not on full power? I can't even get 23'signal!

I once picked up channel 2 from Orlando, FL. And one time overnight Sunday night/Monday morning when channel 10 was off the air, I got a pretty good picture from a station in Virginia.

When is the best time and what is the best equipment to use?
I don't want to stick anything outside.
