There are quite a few news videos on the WALB TV webpage.The other newslinks below offer quite detailed photos and videos.Basically an Army Chinook helicopter hit the top of the first tower, killing 4 soldiers while one co-pilot had only minor injuries.One of the top guy wires was clipped and there was damage to the tower and transmission line itself.Being too unstable to climb, CDI was called in to explode the guy wires and bring down the 1000 ft tower.One of the guys on the falling tower wrapped around a guy wire on the neighboring WALB tower and that came down too.It was a known possibility that could happen.Links are here:http://www.wirelessestimator.com/t_...Global/story.asp?S=5005001&nav=menu37_3George Kowal CBNTPress Communications LLC
