Macon/Warner-Robins Dublin's 102.1 THE GAME

Ive been so confused for a while on how this station gets its signal. I was passing Dublin on I 16 over a year or two ago and could not get the HD signal for 103.1 fm, not sure if it exists in HD. Unless It only works in the city. FCCdata says its in HD but HD radio does not show the station. Does anyone know if 102.1 the Game is really on 103.1 hd2. Been streaming the Game and gave some kind id at 8:30 as WDBG but it would have to really be WDBG HD2 .
 
The FCC allows HD and AM fed translators to be "hardwired" directly of course the "feed" station has to operate legally. Most likely no one at station is monitoring the HD. A polite Email of phone call to the station would give the station to fix the issue.
