DuMont Color

The Dumont Network actually did broadcast in color in 1955 on the series "Sunday Supplement." This consisted of three filmed segments.

How many affiliates were able to air it in color? My guess is None, outside of O&Os WABD New York and WTTG Washington (maybe).

You are correct, it was aired only on WABD for a few weeks.

Then it can't really be called a Dumont network show, unless it was aired by other affiliates, even in black & white.
