Dutch Wydo

He tries to be too much like MM. However, considering most of the other air talent - he at least knows Pittsburgh and his voice is not as monotone as the others.

Dutch Wydo sounds like something that UPS delivers to your door in a discrete plain brown wrapper

Hottest talent to come out of Uniontown since George Von Benko.
A George VonBeko refrence......wow..last I knew of him he was doing a saturday morning sport call in show on the late (not great) WASP in Brownsville about 18 years ago.

Actually, he does color commentary on Duquesne basketball games with Ray Goss (perhaps the most underrated radio crew in basketball) and hosted the Pitt football postgame show last year.

Also picks up some gigs with smaller stations in the area and does some sportswriting.

As for Wydo, when I listened in he had a lot of statistical analysis of the Steelers, which leads me to wonder if numbers are becoming more a part of sports talk radio- at least locally.

Rocco DeMaro is also known for having great statistical analysis on the Pirates post-game.

George Von Benko is doing a weekly Saturday morning sports talk show just like he used to do at WASP.
He is now on WMBS out of Uniontown. 10AM till Noon, I believe.
