DVS error today on Weekend Adventure?

Interesting error today during Vacation Creation on ABC. Audio of a female kept being heard underneath the main audio of Vacation Creation, describing the scenery and things around the screen. I.E. 'The family goes into a large oval-shaped cave.' This seems to be the Descriptive Video Service that I know a lot of PBS shows use. Was this a KAPP-TV error or an ABC/Litton error? We don't have DVS turned on and never do.
