DWI guy commercials

Are there that many rum dummies out along RT 7 and I 890? I hear these commercials at least once and hour. Do all the CC stations air these or just WGY?

He is on as much as Nina the Jewelry Store was years ago. I asked Ray Husband of Nina why so many ads it must cost a fortune? He replied and I quote" We used to spend ~$100K a year on radio advertising and did ~$3 million a year in sales. Now(1996) we spend ~$600K and sales are $15 million a year".

Reminds me of the Resnick mattress commercials twice an hour overnight on almost every station in the area, probably for $5 a play.
