DX Alert: 95.3: unknown country station/other logs too

Today, in Bothell, WA, I heard Have You Forgotten by Darryl Worley and Take it Easy by Travis Tritt on 95.3. It was rapidly fading in and out, then disappeared, then appeared again. Who could this be? Is it KXXK Aberdeen? Is it KXLE Ellensburg? Is it E-skip?

93.7: CJJR Vancouver GONE! Something very faintly, might be CJJR at threshold level, or KANY?
102.1: fight with KPQ and another station.
105.7: CSN translator (Orting, WA) almost OVER CBU!
107.3: CHBE pretty strong this afternoon
