This has been a fairly regular event for them. I've heard them SEVERAL times wiping out 50kw WCCO-830 from Minneapolis at night here in Lexington, KY. Last winter/spring, this happened frequently. I can't believe WUMY's 2 or 3 watt night-time authorization could be so strong this far away....

WUMY was on DAYTIME power again last night. It was over-powering WCCO around 11 PM here in Central KY with its country music and frequent mentions of "The New 105.5" (their FM translator). I can't believe this is just some unintentional "operational" error since I've heard it so much at night here.
