DX TIP: KXTD 1530 Tusa, OK

This 5kw daytimer licensed to Wagoner, OK appears to be on the air early. According to the FCC, sunrise sign on for KXTD should be 7am central time. It's 6:30am central and I'm already hearing them, match to stream and heard a liner on 1530 that mentioned Oklahoma.
