I was in Whitehall Township, pa today (suburb of Alentown) listining to "My 106.1" out of Philadelphia around 4 PM. Suddenly an R&B song cut in and at the end the ID was KOQL , Q106.1. After this, I scanned around for about 10 minutes. I was able to pick up Spanish music and commercials on 106.5. Then I had 94.3 Kat country from somewhere in Missouri. After that I had 95.5 WPGC out of Morningside, MD (D.C. Suburbs). Then finally I had Classic Rocker KCMQ out of Jefferson City, MO.

thats great! maybe i should try scannikng around myself. maybe ill find something

Around 3:50 this afternoon, I had just left home and was listening to Q102.1. Suddenly, I heard another song cut in, and it seemed like both songs were playing at the same time, so I thought Q102's board op messed up. Then I changed the station and heard the same thing. E-skip time!
I made a u-turn and went back home. Here's some advice: Don't DX and drive
I got stations from St Louis, Columbia MO, Kansas City, Tulsa, and one from Arkansas.
And on TV, I caught KTVI Fox 2 from St Louis! I had recently visited their studios, so it was interesting to actually catch them on e-skip all the way here in NJ. Channel 3 had lines of co-channel interference, I caught KCTV 5 from Kansas City.
Not bad for my first e-skip this season.

Channel 3 from Missouri? Could be Springfield, Kirksville or Harrisburg, IL, who serves a small portion of southeastern MO.

I am in Northern Chester County PA, southwest of the Lehigh Valley, and around the same time I put on 97.5 WJJZ and instead of smooth jazz I got 97.5 Powerhits KJCK from Junction City Kansas. I thought WJJZ flipped formats at first!! Then down at 99.9 The Hawk it was country, 99KG, KSKG from Salina Kansas!! I love it when this happens!

i was listening to KMAD 102.5 today when abruptly a country Song Popped in.
I thought they switched  Then i found out it was KKYR from Texarkana
Not extremely far but pretty good :D
