I know the DX season for FM isn't til May

I'm getting stuff ready

But I have a Antena Mount coming for better reception by my window

But it's both Male & Female BNC Connection, Not like the F-Types

I'm guessing it will still work,
 
Maybe if your describe it better (brand of antenna & mount, the FM DX guys here will be able to respond better.

Are both jacks -- male and female types -- on the antenna? or on the radio you are going to use.
