Quite a bit of New York City-area tropo on FM here in central Connecticut, too. Most notably, at 6 a.m., 10-watt W220EJ, Weehawken, NJ, a WFUV translator, was dominating 91.9 over local 10-watter W220CE, Middlefield. I heard the end of "AfroPop Worldwide," a WFUV ID, then regular WFUV music programming.

Not surprising this time of year.In the past: Got an FM talk station from Atlanta and country from FL on 96.5 or something at one point in Beverly.
In Essex MA 96.3 WQXR classical at the time,
NYC
FM talker from Philly, in Lynn.
NPR station from IL
And years ago before WMWM 91.7 Salem went 24/7, we were off one morning and in came
WPCC Pensacola Christian College (not sure if that still around)

When 96.9 was country as WBCS, a friend picked it up in Wisconsin--heard ads for Boston area companies. He joked, "Wisconsin's Best Country
Station".

Yeah I thought I got a long island station in Norwell this morning on 104.7 but im pretty certain it was a North Carolina station. It's ID wasn't WELJ. I heard something along the lines of Q105 I think? Was a great morning for DXing!

Yeah I got quite a few NY stations this morning as I was heading towards work but I was going north so I ended up getting alot of overlap from Maine stations

I got ELJ last Friday up in Beverly, and I’ve gotten the two Block Island FMs twice in the last week (Friday morning and today), plus something on 103.5 (Halifax?)

Yeah that's Hot Country 103.5 Halifax NS Canada. I picked up that one this morning although it was fringe. I did get the ID of the station.

It's in my other post today where I mentioned picking up that one and a couple of other Canadian stations. It's tough heading into the city it has a alot of overlap so I only picked up a handful but still pretty cool catches.
