Dynamax MX12 Console Audition Output Hot!!!

Hi Yall'

I am trying to bring the output down on the audition output of this console. The Program side is fine, but the audition is not. Does this console have additional adjustable outputs on the monitor board. (Not the output board) I don't have a schematic for that board.

Thanks

I had an MX10L (12L chassis with two empty slots). There were pairs of pots to adjust levels for PGM, AUD, and other busses, as I recall. Not sure what they call that board. Facing the board, pull up the top (the face with meters on it) and swing it open away from you. On the left hand side you will see pots in pairs on a board. Names are silk screened. Obviously, look for AUD L and AUD R. Adjustment pots are not all in one straight row. It was a smaller board , I think. I think the pots are to the back of the board as you face it. That's how I adjusted levels with the aid of my trusty Denon test CD.

It's been a couple of years since I had it. Hope this helps.

I found out recently that if you need to adjust L/R independently on individual inputs you're stuck, but there IS an adjustment for all of the outputs on there, underneath the meter panel to the back left you will see a line of blue square pots with L/R adjustments.
