E-skip from New England in GA

A bunch of stations from New England battling it out, most of the NPR's so it was hard to get an ID as it was during the national/world news. I did manage to these two:

88.5 Connecticut Public Radio, Stamford/Greenwich *Only 2000 watts!

90.1 WRUV Burlington, VT, ID'd from hearing the DJ giving the request line number...656-4399 *Only 460 watts...Is this even possible at almost 1100 miles?
 
CT Public Radio on 88.5 in Stamford/Greenwich is WEDW-FM.
