E skip heard while travelling from Austin up Interstate 35

We took a road trip from Austin, Texas over July 3 weekend up Interstate 35 and in Ardmore, Oklahoma hit some nasty weather so I turned on the FM radio and found myself listening to about a 1100 mile E skip to Manitoba. Also had some French speaking stations coming in but couldn't get any station id's.

Got a chance to record some of the skip on my Iphone which you can listen to here.
