For the past hour, I've been hearing Houston-area FM stations, from here in Lake Geneva, WI. So far, I've only got positive IDs on a couple...Houston's 97.9 KBXX, 100.3 KILT & 101.1 KLOL. I also have UnIDs of Oldies on 98.9, classic rock or oldies on 98.1 & a Kiss something on 99.3.

I'll let you know more when I start sorting it out.
 
A couple of possibilities here, although they're not that close to Houston but would seem to fit: 98.9 might be KXBT Leander (Austin) TX "True Oldies" and 98.1 could be KTAL Texarkana TX "98 Rocks." But for 99.3, no idea.
