E-skip questions

Anybody posting in this board obviously has interest in DX'ing and especially e-skip. We can all share stories about certain E openings. Other people may look at us like a bunch of freaks, but if you're into DX'ing, then you understand how exciting Es can be.

I have a few questions about your best Es openings. This should be a fun thread.

1.) What is your longest FM catch?
2.) Have you ID'ed any translators or LPFM's via Es?
3.) What is your shortest FM catch?
4.) How many new stations have you logged in one opening?
5.) Have you ever successfully got Es over a local station? If not, how far was the closest?
6.) Where is your dream Es target?

My answers:
1.) My longest Es catch is KSII-93.1 from El Paso, TX at 1,373 miles.

2.) I haven't got a positive ID for any translators via Es. But I might have heard an Aspen Public Radio translator during an '06 opening, but they had a full-power station somewhere else on the same frequency, so it's hard telling.

3.) My shortest Es is WPOC 93.1 from Baltimore, MD at 471 miles.

4.) I logged 28 new stations during an intense opening to Florida last summer.

5.) I was thisclose to wiping out a 50kw station from 7 miles away during an intense Es opening to Wyoming and Utah last summer. You could almost hear something trying to get on top of it, but that was the closest it got. Otherwise, I have confirmed Es over a semi-local class A from 18 miles away.

6.) I'm in Michigan, so 2x to California would be awesome, but not as likely as very long 1x to Alberta, Idaho, Nevada or Arizona. I knocked Utah off of my list last summer with the now defunct 97.5 The Oasis from SLC.

My longest is KTGL from Lincoln, NE
I believe I heard a K-Love translator on 89.1, but could not identify which specific one it was
My shortest e-skip was WDJZ from Louisville, KY
On July 6, 2004, I logged over 100 new stations because the e-skip lasted all day
I once got KLOU 103.3 over 50kw local WPRB 103.3, only 3 miles away
Double-hop to California or anywhere on the west coast, or F2 skip to Europe would be awesome
