A husband-and-wife dwarf couple is suing E!, along with parent company Comcast, over use of photographs of their likenesses during a skit on "The Soup".

Remember, this is the same network which aired a video version of Howard Stern's old terrestrial show, in which a regular who dubbed himself Hank The Angry, Drunken Dwarf often appeared.
I don't know why the couple didn't file the lawsuit in small claims court... too soon? :
