E Texas CW/My TV Affiliation Update

The new My TV network affiliation has been awarded to KLPN/KTPN 58/48. KCEB-54 will become independent, probably picking up KLPN's current programming. Why they chose to go with a pair of low power stations over a full-power station is unknown. Maybe KCEB is betting on getting the CW affiliation. However, I am still assuming that KYTX-DT will get the affiliation for 18.2, replacing UPN18 with CW18. Just no official announcement as of yet.

For those close enough to the border to get the Shreveport stations, KPXJ-DT 21 will become the CW affiliate, and KSHV-45 will become the My TV affiliate.

KCEB got the CW affiliation last week.
