I have heard a rumor. Does anyone know if there's any truth to this? Even if this was true it would be at least different, Wouldn't you say?
______________

I'd have every radio in the compound tuned in!! Even the one in the bunker!

Wow...you people are all really hillbillies. I thought it was a stereotype.

> No not hillbillies, just people who are sick of the current status quo and would prefer something other than what is current being offered on the present corporate rock radio stations with voice tracks.Something live, fun and not trashy!

Get your stereotypes right!

Hillbillies: they live more northern 'southern' states, obviously near the hills & mountains.

Rednecks: live in the plain southern states.

And yes, culturally speaking, there's a difference.
______________

They could always become "ATLANTA'S BROKEBACK COUNTRY! 106.7 THE RAINBOW"!

Now that would be different.

Just a thought........
______________

Well, I reckon we gots one of dem furners here.

Spinner my boy, what value are you adding to this discussion? None? No? Less than that?

I could click on your name, see what boards you frequent, and slam that particular state/region/barrio all day long. But I shant. Clearly, I'm older, more mature, and just better mannered than you are.

Now run along.

Hey jackass, I'm not the one that said "There's not enough songs for that format...."

Easy guys! I made the comment in an attempt to interject some humor. Not start an angry exchange. This is supposed to be fun isn't it?

Not a hillbilly spinner. Born, and raised in NYC. I do however live south of Atlanta near the raceway where there are for lack of a better term "Hillbilies". Even got a neighbor who is a card carrying member of the klan. (God help me!) I can assure you after living here for ten years that a "hillbilly" would never, ever make a comment like I did!

Now why don't we all just kick back, pop a coors light, put Nascar on the tube, do each others hair, rub each others backs, and relax.
______________

Coors went out of style around 1980. We all used to drink Miller Light, but now that they have been bough out by a South African frim most rednecks are trying to adjust to Budweiser.
