I keep hearing rumbles around town that Earl is flipping to Oldies, but a couple of dates that have been mentioned have come and passed. Anybody heard anything that they wish to share?
 
I thought Jack was supposed to change formats in late August? I prefer Earl over Jack because Earl just has more variety in their music. Jack FM from day one has sounded terrible. I would have took Oldies over Jack anytime - and wasn't a big fan of the oldies there towards the end - same songs over and over. Earl does offer more variety and their liners are actually a little funny - instead of that annoying Jack slogan "we play what we want" between every song. I have noticed over the past few weeks that Earl has been playing more older stuff though. And it's more frequent than before. I kinda hate to see that station go though. If anyone's going to switch I wish it would be Jack.
