Way back in time WRHY (92.7) was the only station running Rock in Central PA. I'm talking before WTPA and the Starview 92 days... they would play religion during the day and Progressive rock at night. On weekends they had an oldies/roots/blues show - I'm trying to recall the host - I think he might have been one of the owners - I think they only had one sponsor - a beer I had never heard of. It was a great show and exposed me to all sorts of different music and artists. The station hung on by a thread for years but eventually went to a more formatted rock, then a series of other formats. Anyone else recall this long lost gem?
