Early Show HD (FINALLY) on 4/26

CBS's "The Early Show" will debut in HD on April 26th. A graphic refresh is expected at the time too.

This comes almost 5 months after a similar announcement was made for a HD upgrade and a graphics package called "Early Enhanced", which was set to launch in January. Those plans was canned when the show got a new executive producer. The package that debuts later this month is expected to be a completely different package.
 
For your consideration........If it took this L O N G for CBS to up grade its early morning newscast to HD and if NBC'S

Channel 4 in DC is just going HD for newscasts..........just imagine how long it will take for there to be sufficient 3D

content to justify a purchase of a 3D TV.........

I'm still mad at the way they did Captain Kangaroo. Not only did they disrespect the Captain, but they disrespected my childhood. boooo CBS! 40 lashes with a wet noodle.
