Earth FM now on 103.3 and 95.9

Those who live in Anderson SC area can now listen to Earth FM on 95.9 FM. from Love in Morning Facebook page they will run 95.9 fm at Reduce power for two weeks then after two weeks Full Power.

and everybody else at 103.3 FM.

this is great , is this the Pendleton Frequency that has opened up so glad to have earth in Anderson, thanks for the info

A Great Idea! Anderson is really growing, and coverage there is understandable. Good Radio,...just more of it!

Thanks guys. We have been working toward this for over a year. We are excited about being part of Anderson and Pickens Counties.

Good to have them on 95.9. I know this is a long shot and will probably never happen since they are no longer co-owned but wouldn't it be great if the 103's could be put back together again as Earth? 103.9 has great Pickens and Anderson county coverage.

I took a look and WLTE has a total of 238,534 people in its primary signal (60 dBu). WRIX-FM (now WHQA) has a total of 161,142. Only 3300 of WLTE's total is outside the Greenville Radio Market (Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson and Pickens Counties) which some 17,500 of WRIX's total is outside the radio market. WLTE is likely to get better ratings for Earth FM than the 103.1 frequency could deliver.

Great coverage especially with them running just half power.

This is all simply an act by True Thinkers In Broadcasting! I am so please to see such. If any of you Nattering Naybobs of Naysaying think that Earth beating MY 102 in 12+ was a fluke....just wait. Good Radio....always trumps Poop Radio!! As Ric Flair would say: "Now!...We Go To School!"...

I don't know how 103.1 came into this but in the original post I was speaking of 103.9 located in Pickens County, which at one time was simulcast with 103.3. However, 95.9 seems to be a much better fit in overall coverage since the 103.3 and 103.9 signals greatly overlapped in certain areas. Will be interesting to see what 95.9's coverage will be when they go to full power.

ok getting 95.9 good in car, having hard time in office, but can get at home ok, think I should go buy more aluminum foil

Wonder how this will affect the Woodruff SC translator on 95.9?
Seems a little too close distance wise, though it has a similar format as Earth FM

Normally 95.9 in Woodruff was heard as far as parts of Greenville & Spartanburg (including both downtown).

Perhaps now in places like Greer and Fountain Inn / Simpsonville it's not gonna do so well.

You can never have too much aluminum foil. We also have streaming options. You can stream from our website, EARTHFMWRTH.COM, there are apps at iTunes and the Play Store, search WRTH and we are on iHeart and Tunein.

Not anymore. WQUL 1510/95.9 flipped to Classic Country about two weeks ago.

Yes,...I listen daily to Earth FM, and enjoy their product. I am also thankful for the new spot on the dial, making it more accessible. There are various ways to receive, however, I have yet to rob a baked potato of its space suit, just to acquire Earth in Stereo. At home, my old Kenwood receiver draws it, without much effort on 103.3, and even easier on the new 95.9 As for a negative, regarding Earth, well,...it is a general concern. Don't let the Playlist get Predictable. I hope that they are aware of the end result.

ok problem fixed, with Radio shack out, dropped into Rogers Stereo and got right fix for streaming from PC to stereo unit, Im set now Earth 24/7

I would like to point out that Earth is running a rather large playlist. With that said, let me also point out that such a playlist fails, per the Pencilnecks. So, if Earth beat MY 102 in 12+, with only 103.3.......What's the forecast, when you factor-in the extra coverage via 95.9? Hmmmmmmmm?
