No, this is not about how ironic it was that she passed away on Christmas Day, 55 years after her carol "Santa Baby" was a huge hit. My mom wasn't exactly heartbroken over her passing, calling her a dirty woman. Not sure it was because of her anti-war stance during Vietnam, but my best musical memory of Kitt came from an old disco hit named "Where Is My Man," written by the man behind the Village People (Jacques Morali) and played on WNTN's airwaves by one Vinnie Perruzzi (gone entirely too soon) on the old 15 1/2 AM Daytime Nightclub. I blared 1550 AM all from 1983 through the end of 1984 - I couldn't get that Lost 45(TM) out of my head at either of my jobs all day (and night) long. I wish that there was a station which played this awesome and outstanding music on weekends at least IMHO!

Farewell, Catwoman #2! At least we still have Julie Newmar! ;)

Your in luck. "Where Is My Man" is already scheduled to be played, as it should, on "The Lost 45s" on Sunday night from 7 to 11 on Oldies 103.3 and streaming live at www.lost45.com!

Happy New Year.
