EAS Alerts On Comcast

Is it just me or does the audio AND video tend to cut in and out DURING these VERY IMPORTANT announcements? Happens on almost EVERY channel REGARDLESS OF PACKAGE !!! >;(

I've sent tweets to @comcastcares but they've seemingly fallen on DEAF EARS

Perhaps Comcast is so F*CKIN greedy that they're unaware that these announcements SAVE LIVES ??

Cheers :D

"I've sent Twitter Network messages to "comcastcares", but they've seemingly fallen on deaf ears. Perhaps Comca$t are so greedy that they're unaware that these announcements save lives?"

Yup. That they'd choose "comcastcares" as their handle sure is ironic.

In fact, you'd probably get farther by writing an actual letter (i.e. pen on paper, sent through the post) to Comca$t about this than you would by telling them on Twitter Network. Letters are more likely to be noticed and thus are more likely to be acted upon.

Well, that's what I was always taught about E mail, but I'm sure the result is still the same regardless.

I would be best off writing and mailing a letter to your local Comcast office about the technical problem, especially if it occurs persistently with every test.

Of course, they should know that technical errors like these need to be logged in to the EAS log.
