EAS/ EAN Test on XM = FAIL

Plain and simple; no header, only EBS tones and 5 words, then no message; dead air for 15 seconds, and back to music. Nothing on display saying EAN ACTIVATED or "TUNE to Channel xx for National Emergency". SiriusXM - you sucked. Glad it was a test and not a real national emergency.
 
I thought it failed. I had the Pulse on listening through XM. I have heard sucessful tests of the EAS on Sirius-XM.
 
Apparently it didn't work well on terrestrial either. You'd think that something that goes off so smoothly every month on SXM and individual terrestrial station would be no problem to synch up nationally, but it looks like they couldn't get everybody on the same page. Somewhere, Osama bin-Laden is snickering...
