EAS gone mad on Comcast at 3 AM

I work graveyard shift and keep the tv on the Weater Channel overnight turned down very low. The EAS has gone off on it 6 times in the last 10 minutes. Anyone else notice this on tv or on a radio station? What's going on?
 
I think it's 10 times now. They've got to be testing equipment.
