EAS in VT Monday

Monday afternoon Vermont Emergency Management sent out two identical EAS RMT (Required Monthly Test) messages over the system about a half hour apart. I know that the second message was sent as a result of a certain group of stations "missing" the first one (I won't mention who it was). I'm wondering if stations that aired the first test (which was sent shortly after 13:30 local time), also aired the second one (shortly after 14:00). Just curious...

WVAY monitors two seperate EAS systems to cover the 2 areas and the power plant. It is unfortunate but a requirement none the less, so yes when anyone gets two tests, they will have 4.
