EAS tests on recorded shows on DVRs

Whenever I watch a show that was recorded during an EAS test on my Time Warner Cable DVR, the alert continues even when watching live TV. Does that happen on other cable co DVRs?

I have Comcast, and something slightly different happens. If the EAS test happens in the middle of a recorded show, that portion won't be recorded, and the recording will be split up in 2 parts.

Was the EAS test occurring live at the time? If so, this is why the test bleeds over from DVR'd to live TV when you switch. If not, have you rewound the DVR back to before the test and tried it again? If it happened again after backtracking, then there may be some sort of glitch.
