Wow, you're really mature. This is exactly the reason I and Musicradio held it as a "rumor".
 
There won't be full time "News Dept." or "Promotions", but there is a very real possibility of some more talent being hired to fill in the gaps. I know that KAFX is closest to having a full time airstaff, outside of morning drive, and KYKS could be full without much effort. Those guys are having to work double and triple time to get everything done in a day. I don't think I would put a full time airstaff on KTBQ though. The station is easily run without one. Same thing for KSFA.
 
KTBQ needs a morning man like they had back in the late 90's.. that guy was awesome..

johnQdoe knows who he is and that's about all. That's why he'll be at the station he's at for another 15 years going in the same direction he's been going. Nowhere. You and I both know, johnQ, you don't have any friends at CC.
 
Scott,,,what's up my man! Maybe you can help me...who was the PD, with great vision and foresight, that hired that incredible morning guy at KTBQ? Hmmmm can't quite remember his name. Heard through the grapevine that more airstaff could be on the way soon in Lufkin. Maybe we can get our old jobs back, once we get fired from our current ones. It IS a Larry free zone there ya know! No head rubbing, or cigar chewing!
 
About all I remember about that PD was that he was a KISS freak and did a pretty decent Rod Stewart impersonation.. LOL..

I don't think I want to go back to Lufkin.. I mean I loved the people and all.. but it was too damned hot!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Tonight at midnight the CC employees are officially GAP employees. Whatever happens will start happening soon, I guess.
