Eastern Idaho Thundersnow & Power Outages

KQEO 107.1 is running RDS, but I think it's silent. I caught it via meteor scatter this morning.
 
Power's 90% back on according the the power company websites.. Quiet feat since many roads were impassible.
Heard 930 KSEI last night.
