Eastlan Ratings?

Maybe @lanceventa can explain, but I was surprised to see July ratings released for Memphis by Eastlan instead of Nielsen, which would come out tomorrow at 4 PM CDT, I believe. Do we know why this has changed?
 
Nielsen is still measuring the market, nothing has changed there. Eastlan has added the market. The two companies operate concurrently in several markets (Syracuse, Spokane and Raleigh to name a few others.)
