EBC Radio Moves to 1170 on 11/1

nd2023

Banned
On November 1st, EBC Radio moves from 1680 to 1170. It will no longer be heard around the country and around the world (sometimes) at night. In fact, it won't be heard anywhere at night since it will be daytime only.

Also on November 1st, Santa Clause comes to town on several area radio stations.<P ID="signature">______________

Not so fast! EBC is currently simulcasting on both 1680 WTTM and 1170 WWTR. EBC will most likely continue to be on 1680 from Princeton until Multicultural fires up the new 1680 transmitter site down near Camden.

I tuned in around 1:30 PM today and 1680 WTTM was completely off the air. So I guess the simulcast was short-lived....

I've been flipping through my radio dial and haven't heard anything: I read over at MAGIC983.com that they will be "Central Jersey's Home for the Holidays."--but not yet. Am I missing something? I don't hear any stations playing all Christmas at 5:10PM, and it is November 1.
