Does anyone know what he's up to these days? He definitely pulled off one of the most creative jaz programs back when he did nights over on KZPS. Very knowledgeable as well about the music.

I worked with Ed back in 1986 at KZPS....he was a good guy.

I've been out of the business for quite a while now, thank you for your kind words, I miss the music and those who I shared great times with while I was in the business, thank you for allowing me the opportunity.

One of the best things about Eds show was... He would help out the local bands and play their stuff when he could.
I remember When Eric Tagg was playing in Dallas clubs for a few years and Ed would play his songs and let folks know
where the Tagg/McNulty band was playing.

I doubt if anyone would be allowed to do that today.

I remember when Ed was a reporter at KEWS-FM, the all-news FM experiment that, unfortunately, lasted only 8 months. He was a treat to work with, and a key part of a great news crew put together from folks plucked from WBAP and KRLD.

Is this the same Ed Budanauro who has an adopted son playing football in Michigan?
