Ed Henry Leaves CNN For Fox News

CNN's chief White House correspondent now assumes the same role vacated by Major Garrett.

Somehow, this defection isn't making the same number of waves when John Roberts left CNN for Fox, I don't know why... :

Perhaps because John Roberts was also a former CBS anchor as well as a CNN anchor. With respect to Major Garrett, it's also perhaps the role of White House correspondent doesn't carry as much gravitas as it used to (think of Bill Plante, Lesley Stahl, Sander Vanocur, Edwin Newman, et.al). So Ed Henry moving over into Major Garrett's old role might not make as big a splash. (Could it also be because CNN doesn't have the viewership that FOX News does?)

Perhaps a lot of folks don't know who Ed Henry is.........sounds like a barbeque sauce to me.
