Wow, talk about a lot of New York radio reunions happening at the same time: Tom Joyner, Stephen A. Smith, and now Ed Lover... of course, in Mr. Lover's case, it would be with a different company...
And he was only released from Clear Channel in mid-November... I thought these non-compete clauses were supposed to last for six months, not six weeks. :
Is Ed going to bring Dr. Dre with him? Now that would be a great reunion.

Doubt it. That team didn't end well.
@htowler - Amending my previous statement... of course, while he was previously with CC (Power 105.1), he was indeed with Hot 97 under Emmis. So this would most definitely qualify as another reunion - strange how these things come in threes...
@Rollo - I actually had no idea - I was aware there were two of them, but did not know the radio (and former MTV) personality was restricted to spelling out the word "doctor." I wonder if someone gets the crazy idea to shave their head and apply for a radio job as "Mister Clean"? :
